Volunteer Submission
It takes a village to make an event of this size happen. Actualize is taking submissions for Volunteers 2022. Volunteer will be expected to work around 8-hours in order to receive a free ticket to the event. We have multiple departments in Front Gate, Harm Reduction/Safety Monitors, Set-Up/Take-Down
Gate: Team responsible for getting everyone in and out of the event in an orderly manner and guiding people to campsite locations. Gate will check/distribute wrist bands. Welcome people to the event and help direct people to services/camping. (4 people)
Harm Reduction/Safety Monitor: This team is tasked with being the eyes of the festival. You will be asked to identify problems as they are occurring, a supervisor will then determine need for medical / security / or talking. You will need to have good observational skills, a desire to help other people, and high emotional intelligence (4-6 members)
Set-Up/Take-Down: You will help physically build and take down the festival. expectation will be that you arrive Wednesday evening and leave after take down on Sunday evening. As far as set-ups go this should be a relatively easy one. You will need to be able to lift 50lb. (4-6 members)
