Packing & Rules

Packing Supply List

  • WARM CLOTHES - Nights can get as cold as 35 degrees, which is fine….As long as you are prepared.

  • Rain Gear - This is a rain or shine event. It only rains 3-days on average in October in Grass Valley. That being said, shit happens.

  • Tent and shade for your camp

  • Ear production. Yes, big bass in ya face make ya brain go numb. But it also can blow out your ears. Don’t lose ya head

  • Trash bags/can - Actualize is a low waste event with a goal of zero waste. Camps/individuals are expected to haul out whatever they bring in.

  • Water Bottle and Container - We will have reserve a water supply. The expectation is that attendees are self reliant with water and food as if they were camping in the woods.

  • Flashlight - Its easier to get where you want to go when you can see where you’re headed. Stay lit up to avoid injury to yourself or others.

  • Food - There will be no food vendors on site for this event. Please bring enough food for yourself. There are not many close markets.

Prohibited Items

  • Alcohol - The event grounds will be Alcohol Free. If we see it will get confiscated.

  • Glosticks

  • Unapproved sound systems - Frankly this isn’t going to be big enough for your renegade. Please respect the artists on stage and show face on the festival grounds.

  • Open fire pits - Only registered and monitored fire pits will be allowed to avoid burning down the property

  • Dogs/Pets (we’re sorry, but with this size it’s how it has to be) Special shout outs to Memo, Bucky, Shrimp Louie, Zoe, Dennis, Kaya, Ziggy, and Beau. We love you. Service animals are an exception.

  • Weapons - No one wants to hurt you here, leave it at home

  • Synthetic glitter/boas - These are high waste and will ultimately fragment all over the valley

  • Illegal Substances

  • ZERO GLASS POLICY - glass can break and be incredibly hard to clean up. There are people here year round. Some don’t wear shoes, if you have glass it will be confiscated

  • Generators - Silent battery banks are more than welcome. Any gasoline generators are a no go. Some exceptions may apply for models below a specific decibel limit. Reach out to get a generator certified
